Members of the Maryland Hispanic Real Estate Industry Association (MHREIA) offer real estate related services for the benefit of Hispanic individuals who own, buy, sell or rent property in Maryland. MHREIA members are dedicated to removing obstacles to homeownership. MHREIA members provide accurate information and professional advice to their clients and customers while treating all persons fairly and equally.
Mission Statement
To increase the rate of informed and qualified Hispanic home owners, buyers, sellers and renters by empowering the Real Estate professionals who serve Hispanic consumers by:
- Developing tools to serve the community
- Educating home buyers, owners, sellers and renters
- Promoting housing opportunities
- Advocating the elimination of predatory lending and similar practices
- Conducting themselves with integrity and the highest professional standards
Special Events
The Maryland Hispanic Real Estate Industry Association, Inc. (MHREIA) will give the Spanish for Real Estate Agents course, Level 1, at the Maryland Association of REALTORS (MAR) from April 21 to April 30, 2008. The class will run from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm, 3 hrs per day for 6 days. The course is $145 per student, which includes the course, one year MHREIA membership and text book with CD.
